If one believes in the offering of the Lord and has received Jesus Christ as one’s personal Savior, he doesn’t need to run around all his life trying to improve on it. Just be what should come naturally for a supernaturally born believer: be fair, just, merciful and walk humbly with God.
Christmas is over and New Year’s resolution are already beginning to fade from our hearts and minds. If we are not careful, our focus on Christ will follow the same route. We must instead, follow Jesus’ example and be people of prayer.
