The reason that we have redemption is because we have a “redeemer.” His name is Jesus. When Christ Jesus came to us and we received Him as our Lord and Savior the journey of faith got started.
While the writers of the synoptic gospels all record the life of Jesus, John speaks more to His deity.
Christmas is over and New Year’s resolution are already beginning to fade from our hearts and minds. If we are not careful, our focus on Christ will follow the same route. We must instead, follow Jesus’ example and be people of prayer.
