The Psalmist fills in the space be the first and last “Praise the Lord!” with reasons why we should always be praising the Lord. Can you think of a reason why you should give unto the Lord your highest praise?

If we continuously think evil of our brother and sister, we will probably do something against them because it will filter into our heart. We must rebuke evil thoughts through the power of the Holy Spirit, the Word of God and the love of Christ.

It is because He loves you that He will not let you flee from His presence. No one can run from God. He doesn’t have to outrun anyone, He is already there. Are you running from God?

Imagine yourself in one of the driest places on earth. You and your friends are trying to get to a place of plenty. You come to the middle of nowhere and realize that you will never make it to the other side of your barren desert.

Do you like new things? You better because God is going to make all things new. Even you will have a new body. Think about that.
